Spanish Property - On this new website I shall be listing a variety of properties both for sale and rent in Spain. I currently live in Cabo Roig on the Costa Blanca so there may be a bit of a bias towards this region of Spain, though I shall try to list Spanish property from as many areas as possible over time. As I am a bit new to Weebly I am learning the interface so it may take me a while to get the website looking as it should. When I do hopefully it will act as your first port of call when looking for Spanish property. To get it started I might "borrow" a few properties from other agents, when I do I will give them credit and include a link to their website, so that you can get further information. My own Spanish property website, which has been running for years may also interest you so you can take a look at it. The emphasis on that site is property for rent on the Orihuela Costa, and property for sale by owner (FSBO).

Review of Playa Flamenca
Playa Flamenca a Guide to the Town - It was only after the area was developed by a group of Flemish investors in the early nineteen seventies that Playa Flamenca started to be a well known resort. Before that time it was simply a stretch of featureless but splendid coast on the Orihuela Costa.
With its rebuilt beach area and sea path, Playa Flamenca is among the most attractive spots on this stretch of the Costa Blanca coast. It is roughly midway along the cliffside walkway which runs from the large town of Torrevieja to Campoamor, meaning it is fun to stroll to the fine resorts of Cabo Roig, Aguamarina, La Zenia and Punta Prima.
Without doubt one of the resort's finest attractions is its Saturday street market which happens every week on the main road passing through Playa Flamenca, just beyond the Mercadona supermarket. Local people and holidaymakers alike head there from miles around to visit this exciting and lively street market. The variety of merchandise displayed on the Playa Flamenca market is incredible, you may purchase bags, ornaments, clothes, plants and confectionery, as well as stock up on fresh, locally grown vegetables and fruit or fresh bread and cakes cooked that morning. You will feel hungry when you go past the spit-roast chicken stall, so why don't you purchase a tasty garlic chicken, or you could watch a traditional paella being cooked in front of you and try some for your dinner.
Via Park II coupled with the Flamenca Beach commercial centre are the key hotspots for drinking places, eateries and shops, and here you can expect to locate everything required with respect to recreation and entertainment. There is a wide variety of restaurants supplying cuisine from all around the world, and you will find also a lot of places to watch a live act, join in with karaoke, play bingo, catch up on the latest soccer match or just have a drink.
One of the major attractions that draws visitors to Playa Flamenca is its splendid climate, enjoying around three hundred days of sun each year. Even though the winter season provides quite pleasant weather conditions, making it a favoured place for wintertime holidays for people eager to have a break from the cold long winters of the countries of Northern Europe, the best conditions are in the months of May to September and that is the time when the area properly comes to life with holidaymakers from all over Europe arriving in the resort.
